Laser
Cutting: Efficiently Meeting Your Budget Goals
Many Branch customers use laser cutting for short run parts in order to
meet manufacturing requirements. Because we store your parts specifications
in out computer after manufacturing, we can easily produce more parts when
you need them. No need for long runs to be cost effective. For added
convenience, our computers can download programs to our Mazak laser.
Laser cutting creates a better finished
edge and stable overall dimensions, and takes over much of the work of the
turret punch press. Workpiece processing is simplified since dies and other
hard tooling are no longer required. Advanced mechanical construction makes
for high speeds in setup and process time.
Ask your Branch representative to show you
how laser cutting could fit your needs and requirements, saving you time and
money.
Maximum capacity is 5/16" thick, with
a regular sheet size capacity of 48' x 96".
